A: Its uptime and support. My customers
must be able to reach me at all times
so my site must never be down.

Q: Why did you move your hosting to us?

A: The company i was hosting was cheaper but
they put too many domains on one server. This
caused the server to be slow and down always.
So we lost important emails which crippled our
sales.

Q:How do you find the speed on our servers?

A: Fast. Most of the hosting companies in Malaysia
hosts their servers in US. When the international link
goes down, Our customers in Malaysia complain.
